Eutopia

In the process of creating the website, I tossed the decision of creating well-based rules back and forth. In the end, I decided that simple guidelines function better as requirements for Faction members. After all, we aren't babysitters, and the point of being in a Faction is to have fun! However, if you wish to be a part of Eutopia, the following guidelines are required. Should you not wish to follow these guide lines or have conflicting thoughts, you may want to pursue joining another Faction. However, if they seem within your taste, please feel free to think more about joining us.

Faction Rules and Etiquette

1. You must read these rules.
2. You must be an active player. We do have an alt guild for all alts on standby (Kezzy and Switch are the only exception to this rule.
)
3. Once a week you must lay your hands on Niall. (This is not restricted to the Paladin class)-(This includes you switch_blade)
4. Faction members are encouraged to attend events whenever possible, and to add to the event.
5. Internal Faction matters that cannot be solved between the parties WILL be solved by the leadership (you'll regret this more times then not) We are not babysitters and our word is binding.
6. When we hunt, we hunt as a group. Unwanted spoils are offered to the group first, then it is personal prefernce over Faction members then alts.
7. Lying, cheating, or scamming other players is not acceptable behavior and is a very quick way to be removed from the Faction.
8. There will be no excuse for personal vendettas, grudges, or open bias between Faction members, we are cross race, profession, color, greed, sexuality, and political direction. If you're not happy about someone tell them, if you're told learn and change. (We tease everyone equally)
9. Treat fellow gamers and Faction members and allies with respect at all times. (including the leadership we respect you and we expect the same.)
10. Pirates and Ninjas are on equal ground here. One is not greater then the other.
11. Communication is "KEY" to a successful Faction, if you feel that you are not being heard then speak louder.
12. All inter-Faction communication should be through leadership or those specifically directed by leadership.
13. Your Faction is your family, it'll risk it's neck to save yours, you are to risk yours for it .
14. Faction crafters are not slaves, In addition, adventurers should try to gather/harvest materials for Faction crafters.
15. Open theft and cowardice will be treated with the most stringent of manners as directed by the leadership of this Faction.
16. Be aware of your attitude in game, and on the official forums
17. AKA "don't embarasse the Faction" we want to have a positive (professional) image as much as possible.
18. Remember we are a core Faction, but if you have to disappear let someone know, or post up on the forums (forums are better) Also, if that means we all have to die repeatedly to achieve greater goals, so be it.
19. Rules are subject to change, but most likely won't
20. The Leadership is not always right, all opinions are heard when expressed at APPROPRIATE times.
21. We encourage regular use of the forums, and Voice. Especially during Dungeon runs, Zhen Parties even if you don't have a mic at least you can listen to the orders that are given by the group leader for smoother runs.
22. Use appropriate channel's for voice for the group, Zhen, Afk, FB, ect. as to not clutter up the Eutopiaand Mermedon Member's Lounge.
23. Please refrain from countless use of obscene language and absolutely no sexual, religious, or racial comments are to be used on voice chat (be casual about it just don't go overboard with it), it is there for better organization in groups and FB/Zhen parties, and perhaps future use for TW's as well as a place to chat while gaming.
24. We Seem to be an EST/CST Faction that intends to play prime time, evenings 6PM-2AM.
